The 25 odd years of my life span has witnessed glee and freedom in abundance. Although every single year I have hit rock bottom stood back up and awaited another new year! This is me. Everybody has their own way of getting into the NEW everything.

Eventually it boils down to the fact that this is the moment we look over our shoulders and say aadiyos to the trail left behind, turn our heads in front and brace ourselves for the forthcoming! It is a moment to celebrate the glorious past and welcome the unknown.

It's gotta be the best!

When I used to work for a Corporate Events company in Dubai, my focus was on filling up the room with delegates. There is a lot of effort that goes into conceptualizing a conference, ideating, planning and executing it let alone the logistics involved. A 72 hour knowledge driven get together of well established bodies is a set up where you would either be enticed for the entire period or be bogged down by the amount of speeches and end up with conundrums knocking the doors of your mind.

A perfect balance in such situations in terms of the intense and fun elements help garner the eventual outcome. With more than a decade in the industry, I ask myself what is that one thing that makes these people these meticulously successful people want to keep attending such events? The obvious answer is their hunger to learn! And as someone who loves doing it, is it not enticing to be in an environment carefully crafted to impart an abundant wealth of knowledge and then give those little moments to smile, to have fun and alas relish it after.

Companies invest huge sums into training programs and conferences with an objective. Not all are met. But most are! Being a part of iEventRentals has enlightened me to understand the nitigrities of the Corporate World better. Small additions like a Photo Booth at a Corporate Event can do wonders and this is not a big deal. It is a learning curve for those of us who do not yet believe the kind of difference a small fun element can bring to the table in terms of better involvement of the audience.
