When I used to work for a Corporate Events company in Dubai, my focus was on filling up the room with delegates. There is a lot of effort that goes into conceptualizing a conference, ideating, planning and executing it let alone the logistics involved. A 72 hour knowledge driven get together of well established bodies is a set up where you would either be enticed for the entire period or be bogged down by the amount of speeches and end up with conundrums knocking the doors of your mind.

The obvious answer is their hunger to learn! And as someone who loves doing it, is it not enticing to be in an environment carefully crafted to impart an abundant wealth of knowledge and then give those little moments to smile, to have fun and alas relish it after.
Companies invest huge sums into training programs and conferences with an objective. Not all are met. But most are! Being a part of iEventRentals has enlightened me to understand the nitigrities of the Corporate World better.
